Came home with only one beaver today, used the ‘kitchen’ knife again

Here a shot of the field damage they did, the center channel was close to 24” deep, with a several artery runs coming off in every direction ... the creek is in the tree line

Staked a beaver carcass down last weekend (with no trap) and had this guy show up...

Didn’t expect to have it there in the woods... but I’ll be sure to set traps away from that spot and catch the other critters coming and going... kind of fun to get the pictures though

I was pretty shocked that he ripped the testicles out like he did. Then again I’m not really a fan of most you tubers.

Eagles are really making a comeback around here. Used to Never see them. .one day recently I saw 3 on our way home from Springfield.
