It looked like kind of a bluff there behind your pens. Do you get lots of varmints back there? Better string up some hot wire and get some traps ready!Yeah out front lol

It’s a really steep hillside the pen where my wife’s laying chickens are is like Fort Knox it would take a lot for something to get into them only issue I’ve had so far was a feral cat and he didn’t last long might have an occasional possum but nothing has got any chickens so far Biggest issue here is hawksIt looked like kind of a bluff there behind your pens. Hate to tell ya but a determined coon would get in that run in a heart beat. And a fox can easily have a field day. Not being mean or anything, but I'm talking from experience it may not be today or this year, but you will eventually have issues sure hate for someone to go through all the work of getting you something you enjoy and you yourself worked hard for aswell. A decent electric fence, some DPs and a few other traps will go along ways. We are just trying save you some money and problems in the long run. Also them pens are a bit close if you ever have more than one rooster heck even some hens you'll have problems there to.
Electric fence is in the works. I’ve got some dp traps in the garage from when I trapped. May just set them today how far away from each other do the domes need to beHate to tell ya but a determined coon would get in that run in a heart beat. And a fox can easily have a field day.
