I knew those two were secret pen pals.

I had a few traps filched when setting on private ground along a river... I’d marked them with orange flagging in a tree above them in case the river got up... and they were gone when I ran that line the next day.

The only time I’ll flag anything is snares before a big snowstorm but usually I just pull them and reset on fresh tracks.
I didn’t flag them once and we got 2.5 ft of snow. Yeah that was fun finding them all.

I'm afraid not I don't think that'd go well for the expert video fella, but it's pretty funny to picture both.

What’s funny is the thing he’s interested in most is trapping. As I type this he just asked if we could go check the traps. Lol
I told we’ll check again in the morning. He asked if he could go check them by himself. Of course I couldn’t say no. Very cool.
He’s way more excited with the trapping than fishing/duck hunting and tying flies combined.

My 2yr old likes to check em to i've taking him a few times. We all know he's a chicken liking little fella, but he does like doing most things I do I enjoy that he likes it.
