Think we’ll hit up the TN side of the river and creeks Saturday. I don’t recall ever fishing it unless it was when I was younger.

I ain’t had no luck on anything besides some smaller stick bait worms Rigged up on a ned or wacky setup and little Lucy’s. Last time I went two weeks ago me and him I had one hit a spinner but didn’t commit. Didn’t have a bit of luck of the fly rod either and obviously I have a plenty of flies. Things always slow down here right now but won’t keep me from trying I’m sure these waters have been abused quite hard this year. Caught a mess of rock bass but that’s pretty much been it for the last month or so.

Are you fishing for trout? In a stocked stream? Fall trout fishing is more difficult but if it’s a stocked deal they’re may just not be that many left.

I fish about everything. Delayed harvest was oct 1st I run the waters not just one certain stream or section I have a map of the county’s water on my phone. I rig up enough poles to fish for about everything when I go usually. I know when I was younger you could catch a lot of different species of fish in the river but as I got older that seemed to thin out. Now when I’m running smaller streams I’m obviously running for trout just depends on what I come up on really, but the majority of the easier to get stuff the banks are covered in bait/lure and just peoples trash.

Like this weekend I’ll probably rig up a spinning setup, a fineness setup and take the fly rod.
