Yeah most of mine will eat out of your hands. I don’t mind a bite here and there but I don’t like manfighters and won’t have them here. It may be bad genes from the hen side witch won’t ever be a problem again like I said I’ll give him time since he’s not in the way but if he doesn’t straighten out no big deal to do away with him either.
You just need to make sure you’re not creating them by the way you’re doing things. I have a few birds that need to be handled a little more gently.

Yeah I learned that the hard way with my sweater I almost culled him when it was my fault the entire time I approached him to fast and had way to heavy hands with him now he’s calm as can be just by making simple adjustments.

Oh yeah man if you go stomping up to a bird and just reach all threatening like you’d get drilled by every bird I own. Patience pays off. Go slowly.

Yeah I’m not complaining about them at all I like the birds that came from havoc thats why there still here. I’ve gotten a few others since then but the original two will remain there years out here. There both easy to handle and super calm and I don’t think the stag is the cock sides issue I think it’s the hen the bitch was crazy we called her psycho for a reason but she long gone now.

I aint had any issues with the birds I've got from ftw. The cock handles nicely and is gentle as can be, now both hens seem a bit sketch but very understandable when the one hen had never been in a pen till I got her. Overall great birds

Them females came straight from free range lol the blue one got penned when we moved cause I liked her she wasn’t penned long beforehand. The majority of my females stay free ranges unless I wanna breed em.
