You weren't supposed mention that yet. Gee. Thanks.
I was just brainstorming ideas for the church bulletin I am fixing to have printed up.
I don't even have all the details sorted out yet. :barnie
But I was thinking the "Full Havoc experience" should go on the front cover.
I'm waiting for that pink chap pic before I can have it ready to distribute. It was supposed to be a surprise. Way to go buddy. Thanks a lot. :lau:lau

Btw... a ‘kudo to yudo’ for the historical information...

I plan to repurpose this at the next funeral I’m invited to, hopefully at the most awkward and inappropriate moment ;)

Funeral invite huh. Pretty sure that’s not how it works. :lau

Oh... maybe that ‘splains why folks just stop showing up places, and I never know why...

I figured they were gettin chucked in a mineshaft since I never got an invite to their proper church plantin’...

...but now that I give it two thoughts, it occurs to me maybe you’re on to something ;)

I’m not a fan of getting dressed up so I don’t really mind if I don’t get the invites. I’ll send flowers though. Beats locating my fancy slacks.

A couple of my great uncles would wear a nice starched white collared shirt with a black tie, under a fresh dark pair of ‘the people’s britches’... usually with a new shine on old shoes... (the one had proper cemetery dress shoes at some point) ...

I half wanted to wear a sharply starched and ironed pair of bibs to my grandads funeral, as a sorta tribute... but felt it was too much ‘callin for looks’ as they used to say... funny how the old timers thought suits or slacks was callin for looks, and now bibs would be

I don't think anyone truly knows if he said huckleberry or huckle bearer. But huckle bearer makes a whole lot more sense.

Ugh. . I don't like going either. One of my old high school teachers passed yesterday. I should go. . but I probably won't. I knew her pretty well she lived next door to my grandparents. :(

It don’t make me no never mind ;)... I think I’ll just start saying ‘I’m your cocklebur’ from now on and see what happens :)
