Don’t worry I hit em with the weed eater all the time. I save way more than I kill though. I just toss the dead ones to chickens.

Just weed eat in shorts. You don’t even notice the stinging past June.
The chaps is a good idea as long as I keep my *ss away from the electric fence. I’d know what branding cattle feels like.
