It’s been a hot summer here man. Said on the news we’ve had like 15 heat waves I think. That last one a few weeks ago about killed me. Felt like 112 for a few days. You can’t fish in that kinda heat.

I keep the water dishes filled with this heat and humidity. I feel bad when the the birds are just standing around with their wings nearly touching the ground, but that is supposed to change on Friday! Lows in the 50's again!

Mines filled at all times even the free rangers done it. And I've got 6 rubber bowls out.

But me at work now I water the penned birds in the am and when I feed in the evenings also seem to be doing pretty good. You'd have to use fresh cold water every hour to keep them really cooled off on certain days.

Looking back at this bird buddy I might want him. I will kill him for his feathers though so it’s up to you.
