Of course they are. Chicken people are a whole knew source of donations that they can tap into.
I didn't get far into the artical because I'm at work but will read it later.
I like how it starts with right into the sustainable organic movement and then a few lines down it gets into the horror of the poor roosters and spent hens. Abandoning and worse KILLING.
You can see they're going to push for a movement against actually eating chickens.

I believe one of our beloved Bay Watch babes spent a cool $Mill on billboards against chicken killing by KFC. I still eat KFC and my own. Well last year I was to lazy to butcher and gave them away after having to many roo's for way to long.
I don't have anymore game. It was all dark Cornish or cross. 2 roo 10-15 hen. No trios
