Buddy I hate the summer. The storms, the heat, the humidity, the yard work, etc... It gets old fast. If I had more money I’d go to Argentina every summer and come back when it’s cold enough to hunt and trap.

No open season on them here. We have bobcats and fisher in the northern part of the state though. Too far for me to be trapping anyway.

Sounds a fishing trip to Alaska and a trapping trip to northern NJ need to get penciled in to your calendar

I was just wondering... if you catch them can’t you just turn ‘em loose... that is if your “raccoon” set happened to have a bit of eye appeal and one happened by..... and I know letting one loose is a bit to manage with one person sometimes without coming home cat scratched... but they are around, just not in numbers?

Why Argentina? I know a bit about it, but what’s your specific interest? Wine? Women? Fly fishing? Wing shooting?

I was most interested in hunting Woodland Caribou in Newfoundland. We’ll see if that ever happens. Apparently other people have to eat. Lol
They choke down and die. Even releasing them with catch poles can be sketchy.
Or so I’ve heard I mean.
