American Gamefowl

I finally got one after caught 3 big beavers. I was running the line at 11pm on New Year’s Eve and it was about 15 degrees. Had to chop ice by headlamp and make 2 trips.

This year so far we’ve made a point to only set easy access spots and pass those “man that looks good, get the chest waders” spots, lol

We might set a couple more farms after Christmas, that don’t offer that luxury though

I think it was an old forge or something to do with metal building. The old guy that owns it just piles up junk around it now. It's got mounds of coal around it.

I was guessing old still house ;)

It wasn’t an old charcoal kiln by chance?

We have lots of them around here ( or used to), but they vary in shape/style depending on region... they generally weren’t too far from a railroad or river though

Ours are mostly like this

No idea really it's got a lot of windows.

Lots of windows? Who puts windows in a still or kiln, lol

I ain’t got another guess then... I always liked exploring those old buildings on old places though ... seems like the bulldozers ate a lot of them around here in the last 20 years though
