It’s strong enough but I prefer a full leather collar for agitation. That collar has the cobra buckle that will dig into the neck a little.

I was originally going to do IPO with a Doberman but most of the breeders I was in contact with all had bloodlines going back to Eastern Europe on one side or the other and it’s rampant with DCM so I decided on a Dutch shepherd and malinoisX. Im not a real big fan of all the groups in my area. The fact that many dogs qualify on their home turf and but can’t anywhere else annoys me. I’m not a big fan of all the favoritism and petty BS. So...I doubt I’ll end up doing IGP and just end up training for personal protection. I still may if either is good enough though. Both dogs are from KNPV lines and are doing well so far. We’ll see though how they turn out.

That they are. I was looking through amazon and found one with metal buckles rated at like 1500lbs it's was $60ish I may give that a try it had pretty good reviews. I'm not spending $300+ on a harness she ain't pulling a bus.

I may try getting her one of those collars you sent me links to they look tough and reliable.
