Not today I didn’t. Used a couple rooster tails and some trout magnets had a couple real strong hits but just couldn’t land it this stream is fished to death we’ve only caught 1 out of it this week. Gonna try some flies next time.

Forget the trout and fish for smallmouth with the fly rod. Bass are tons of fun on a fly.

Yeah I think we’re gonna go again tomorrow the old man was wore out so we came home. Gonna try the river for some smallies I’m burnt out on trout water is way to high and to swift right now for it.

It’s way to hot here now for trout fishin it was 94 at 5:00 this evening

Was a pretty day here in the high 60s lows 70s thankfully no rain and that's a miracle. But storms tomorrow and even calling for snow next week haha.
