I have a hen that has fought off 2 hawks that I’ve seen with my own eyes. I’m sure others have too since I have plenty of hawks and rarely lose a bird.

Mine usually just take the biddies and hide them in unreal places like in the wheel wells of my truck lol

Yeah they’re good for that. I can’t even leave my truck windows down in summer. The hens lay eggs on the floor. Never broke an egg and never made a mess though thankfully. Once I was a about 1/4 mile down the road and this hen starts going nuts from the back seat. Had to take her back home.
