Yeah man that’s nice. I’ve got a 10x10 dog kennel I’m sure you’ve seen I got it for free I’m gonna put a tin divider in it and make 2 fly pen stalls out of it. My wife is getting rid of her layers she said the only chickens worth having here are the gamefowl so I believe I won anyways I got enough 2x4 welded wire on the run of it I can re use to make atleast 1 4x8 dome and probably one 4x4 stag pen. I plan on building a bunch more stag pens this year. But I’m not decided if it would be better to continue with the domes or build some Mexican style pens he’ll I may do both. I like my cord area but it’s hard to keep them on the yard with the hawks flying around right now.

That’s like a typical drop pen? Why bother with a roof and base for such a small pen? They’re mainly used temporarily.

Look like they are 4x4x4 to me. I would put a roof and a base on one. They look like heavier gauge wire

Ahh yeah they could be. Most I’ve seen are smaller but they were actually meant as quick collapsible drop pens. I wouldn’t want a flat roofed pen in northern climates where we get snow.

They make them all different sizes a guy up the road has them there 4x4x5. He blocks off 3 sides of them for winter
