Well I got a 2 stall fly pen now it’s ugly as sin but it’ll do for the time being. I defiantly gotta replace the top on it

So it’s just a rectangular pen instead of a domed roof then? They make them all different sizes a guy up the road has them there 4x4x5. He blocks off 3 sides of them for winter
Is there a benefit over the dome? Does the guy put a flat roof on it?Yeah he just uses some 2x2s and puts a roof on them.
Well I still knock the snow off all my pens so they may have done the same. I would stop and ask them. Can’t hurt if you like the design. He uses like metal roofing off houses. There extremely strong. The newest ones he has he takes a 2x4 and lays it on its side in the front to kind of give it a slight pitch I drove past his house today and they didn’t have any snow on them my domes still do.
To much work for me. Once I get a place cleared for my fly pens that’ll have 4x4s in the ground I plan to have 10 stalls 5ft wide 8 foot long and 8foot high.I copied this guys design since I liked it so much. Not the cheapest but they work pretty well for me. That’s what I raise chicks in
