Shocked isn't the word; he/she looked outright MAD. Did anyone notice the other went to hug them and they didn't even hug back??? What's up with that? That only tells me that the right person went. Bad attitude.

Which she has evidenced before. I won't even get into talent, but of the final three the two that are left are classy kids. I did not watch last night or tonight, but the Princess dragged me out to see Scotty's "homecoming." He's a really good, well grounded kid.

Are you in NC too?

Nope, dragged me out as from the computer room to the living room where the TV was blasting away.

My interest in the show left along with James.

Got'cha. And I understand, James was my favorite too.

Well, I was sorry to see Haley go. I personally think she has FAR more talent than either Scotty or Lauren - though I might be biased since I despise country music. As far as her behavior when it was announced she was going home - I don't see why everybody gets all up in the air saying she had a bad attitude, etc. I'm sure she was devastated and disappointed - what is wrong with showing that? On the other side of the coin, we could say it was in very poor taste for Lauren to stand right beside of Haley clapping and smiling because she was the other in the final. They are kids and this is a HUGE deal for them - I"m sure it is hard to hide their emotions completely.

That being said, I don't care which of the two remaining contestants win - I think they are both very talented kids and they both seem like NICE kids - so I wish them both luck. I won't be voting this week, because I wouldn't buy a CD from either. I definitely WILL buy CDs from Casey and Haley when they have one out.

Haley is old enough to know to turn and congratulate her opponent. We aren't talking about kindergartners in a school play. All she had to do was hug Lauren or even just shake her hand. Instead she ignored her entirely and looked mad. I'm sure she was shocked and mad; she still knows enough at this point in the game what decent behavior is. That was just rude and childish in my opinion.
