and good morning ....

Wow looks like everyone got ran off :( Need to help other serama owners. Not look down upon them. Help them. Not turn them away from serama. Serama is a fun family bird. To learn and enjoy.

Want you think about this:
For one insult or degrading How many will be turned away or turned off????? Choose words wisely instead of insulting Help them'

Its easy to make an enemy More satisfying building a friendship and earning respect.

As a serama newbie, I appreciate this sentiment!!! Sometimes this thread feels like the "Perfect Serama Only Club," and not very welcoming to those of us who enjoy serama that, while not perfect standard-wise, are still greatly treasured. I do enjoy learning about the standards of perfection, and appreciate seeing pictures of high quality birds. But I would be very hesitant to "show off" my own (far less than "perfect") seramas, as I feel they would be scorned by some. Discounting requested critiques, surely something positive can be found about any bird as sweet as a serama????

Very well said :) Would recommend add Do Not Critique to pictures. Most serama owners would like to help or lend advise. But with the Do not critique should b respected. We all had to start somewhere with pet serama or some with Show quality serama. I myself started with pet quality. but over time have some very nice birds. And have made alot of friends with the best birds i have ever owned. I wish everyone the best. And if anything enjoy your serama Bobby
