Her hatch-mate is definitely a rooster. (And proof that Seramas can live with much bigger birds!)

Ok, need some help in the care of Seramas through the winter.  I live in Utah, and just bought two pullets, and one little cockeral.  I hear they need to keep warm!  I have a great place for them for warmth. What else should I be doing to keep my tiny ones healthy?  Thank you.

The BESTEST place for them to live when it is cold is in bed with you Now if that isn't a "doable" then your nice warm insulated coop for them to snuggle in would be fine. I know others will offer their suggestions but for mine I will put one of those purple reptile bulbs in the coop if it gets under 35 degrees or so....and like jharper sez: plenty of food and water, also TONS OF LOVINS and fresh veggie treats and yer good to go!

I gotta question! So this is Chip, now 4 months, is HE a SHE? lol Because his hatch-mate who lives with my friend (bottom left corner) looks like an actual rooster

They are such calm birds, so different than my LF. I always have water on hand..and a lot of food..and they do love treats. We have apple trees and pear trees. They love tomoatoes. So I'm doing good there. I don't have an insulated coop, but I have a smaller coop for them, with a 250 W bulb..the red one, for the winter. I know that this coop warms up real good with that light because I've had it a couple of years now.
So, they don't venture out at all in the winter? It really does get cold here, they will have to be happy with those loves to keep them not soo bored. I can't believe how I can just walk up to them, and they let me pick them up. Even the little cockerel. Cute.

I need a pullet lol, Berry is busy with her baby so Toy has no one to love lol

Mine live with my toulouse goose, everybody gets along fine
