Is this a pullet or cockerel? For purposes, I'll use She. I think shes a pullet, the serrations are more similar looking to her mothers and compared to her brother in the picture above, it looks very different. I know shes getting waddles but her personality is very girl like rather than the boys. Im hoping she actually turns out to be a girl or else I'll have 5 boys and 3 girls hahaha. Any comments or questions are welcome

Hi. Just got my daughter three Seramas for her city home. One turned out to be a boy. Does anyone live near Leesburg, VA who would want a male Serama or could sell her a pullet or swap with her? She only wants females for the eggs. Thanks.

Indoor coop

I have kept my roo in the house, he is alot quieter than say a parrot or small yappy dog. I cover them at night (like you would a parrot) so he doesn't wake up till I'm up. She might give it a try. Oh and I agree with Froggie the eggs are worthless to eat really, they do make super cute deviled eggs though.

Aww! I love their little chubby bodies.Sometimes I was to fatten all my boys up, and then they hunker down and get all fluffy and they are plenty cute just the way they are lol. Pretty colors too!

Thank you, and yes I love how chubby they are. Theyve grown so fast, seems like they barely hatche yesterday! Hahaha, and thank you, they take more of their dad than mom, except for a couple of them. And goodness, the runt of the family is super cute. She might be a micro! Tiny tiny tiny, i can post a pic of her compared to the largest if any of you would like to see hahaha

It helps to keep them up as late as you are up too! I didn't cover my indoor seramas simply because their cage was way too big, but for the most part if I made sure to have a light on and movement/noise in the room they were in until I went to bed they slept in a lot longer.
