They are very nice chickens and on the contrary, they are not dog food quality. I have been working hard on the quality of this flock to include having better stock shipped to me for about eight years now. I hate to sell eggs because some people have been critical in the past and Im a pretty sensitive person. I would choose to avoid conflict and just feed the eggs to my dog rather than risk the negative intrusion of someone into my life. I have just reached the point in which I am loath to continue to waste the eggs because I cant hatch them as fast as the girls are laying and I dont eat eggs often. Pardon my sales pitch....your suggestion of what better options I have than to offer them for "make an offer" to avoid all possible confrontation?
