Land is pretty cheap in North Central Florida and you occasionally have these big boys cruising through your yard.

Ocala is horse country.

I've seen good deals from bank foreclosures. My bank was offering a doublewide on 10 fenced acres with 2 wells for $69k. The water where I am, near Rainbow Springs, is the best I've ever drank. I only drank bottled water before I moved here.
