American serama thread!

sorry been on chick watch all day..... im now setting up my brooder tank LOL so they can be moved safely and warmly.... pics when all is done
 
here is caras new chicks.... im still trying to figure out why they arent puff balls yet but as of now they are appx 20 hrs old the oldest one

I have been so spoiled...hatched my last 2 dozen chicks under a broody. No wet chicks there either!

Sunnycali- you might try taking of the mister attachment and soaking them in vineagar. they might just be clogged a little. Or there is alot of dirt that goes through the lines that could clog them up.

How do you do dry hatch? Is it the dry incubation method? Do you have good results with it? I've never tried it, but have read some about it.

Ra, your post is SO FUNNY! I have a STOO-PID question, is Tribbles something you made up for your birds or is there an actual strain/variation called a tribble. And yes I am old enuf to remember Cap'tn Kirk and "The trouble with Tribbles" episode. It was one of my favorites......
