I need to really clean her up if I want to show her, she is one of my best hen.

Wow! What a pretty girl and such a pretty feather pattern. I have never seen a chicken with that type of pattern. Do you know what that is called?

I know my friend but i have birds that are coming in at 20oz little fat bitt's i tell ya . its all good just have to work some other birds i have no big deal just wasted time on birds i won't show now but they are tame . lol

Big show yesterday in Lebanon Indiana, with over 50 birds and 15 exhibitors in both open and junior. My computer is slow in uploading pics, but I'll post the winners here, and include the link to my Photobucket page so you can see all the honors of the day. There was no SCNA judge available to do TT judging, so the Indiana state rep and a fellow who is considering becoming a judge sat down to practice their evaluation skills. Therefore, these placings are not official, but I think they did a pretty good job. And I'm not just saying that because I did well, either!

I think I am getting the idea, even with all the variations. You guys are great but.......

YOU'RE KILLING ME! These are some of the prettiest birds I have ever seen!

I started laughing to myself as I was looking at the pics. My DH was sitting right beside me (our computers are side by side... he dinks around on his while I dink around on mine!) He said, "You're afraid you are going to come home with 20 of those, aren't you?"

He read my mind!

I was thinking I wanted to get a pair of white and a pair or two to work toward a crele project, but now I'm not so sure. I think I'm just going to have to go look and see what I can't live without. He's right. I just very well may come home with 20....


....or so.
