American serama thread!

I love goats, but never had family or knew anyone that had them. But if I were to ever live on a large property, I'd want to keep some to keep the weeds down, LOL

I wish I could have one now, as our little backyard is always overgrown, but then I'm sure they'd eat my roses, so... maybe not

But oh, that is one cure little girl!

I have 3 Serama eggs ready to hatch this weekend! I am so excited! (There were originally 9, but 5 never developed, and 1 looks like it stopped developing around day 7.)
There are 5 more that are due to hatch the following weekend! :)

Congrats & Good Luck!! I have chicks hatching right this second, but no Seramas this time. They didn't take for some reason, the eggs were fertilized, just never even started. Weird!

Wanted to show my youngest Cockerel Lucky.

He is getting his pose down. I hope to work on the wing positioning and his tail needs to be held a little higher. Hopefully the hen I have him paired with will compliment him and make the offspring better.

Here is another one of my hens. Not the best posture. Still working with her.

This is her baby Pearl. She is solid white, hoping she will improve in confirmation and pose. She's still a baby.

Boaz had another seizure incident tonite- almost like he is epileptic - he comes out of it with alot of massaging and talking- real strange- put him in this box until his legs started working again, then he'll be his chipper self

Aww, poor Boaz

I don't think epileptic seizures are painful (don't think??) so if he can live through them, it shouldn't be a bad life, but must stress you out horribly! So sorry!

ChknObsessedANG, congrats, I hope they hatch out healthy and adorable!!!

Tripp, your birds are very lovely!
