American serama thread!

uh oh just won another auction for 12+ serama eggs and the should be here friday i think so they should hatch about 2 days after the 18+ that should arrive today(wednesday the 21st) will hatch

Are serama eggs the size of a quail egg?

The ones I hatched were larger than a quail egg but smaller than a silkie egg. Right in the middle!

i have button quail and three button quail eggs weigh 18 grams. i weighed one of the the eggs with the name sebastian on it and the egg weighed 19 grams so 1 more gram then three button eggs combined and this was one of the smallest eggs i got that i chose to weigh

Wheaten. She looks like an OEGB hen.

She was mixed with another breed somewhere along the line. [more than likely OEGB] to get the long back and horizontal wing carrriage.
BUT, if all you want is a friendly beautiful pet, she is worth her weight in gold then...

I think she is beautiful . I have a wheaten and black that is a class B She weights 10.5 ozs. She is 10 mos. actually she is a house chicken. They make wonderful pets. Not all Seramas are SQ and that is good too.
