American serama thread!

I am a granny many times over. but , my mother gave me this name. only the elders from the mountains know the meaning. everyone thinks i go with the hatchet in my hand. LOL well i do, but not all the time.

how can you be here 3 yrs. and only have 4 posts? I have been here a yr. I have more to say i guess. ok, so sometimes you cant shut me up.

Really? I never heard that. I guess i dont hush long enough to find out. LOL I have a post on here with tons of great people that i talk with every day. all my mishaps and joys. I did get a warning one time for saying things i shouldnt. family friendly site and i stepped over the line.
 
he mailed mine and he is a couple hrs. from me but i am hoping i can make it to his area in the spring. I am not having luck incubating mine.
i discovered seramas do better under a broody than they do in a bator - not sure what it is- had a broody hen stare at my brinsea bator full of eggs, so gave them to her, had 5 of 6 hatch that way

 
LOL, what a picture. I will try and save the eggs next time when she starts laying. it is hard to figure out when to save them and they wont get too old. thank you for the info artsyrobin.
