Hi everyone new here just picked my self up 2 hens and 2 rooster 1 is a silk rooster can i get some silk chicks with him bred to a smooth?

You want me to send more frizzles when I send the silkies?

Sure. Thanks! I have 1 cockrel also and he's just as beautiful. He's dark brown with a few lighter markings. I have 3 coops of seramas so when they're old enough they'll each go into a separate coop. He's about 2 weeks older than she is and was hatched from eggs that I got from a breeder in MA.

How are the polish eggs doing that I sent?

words of wisdom or advise ??? I am finally getting a few pairs put together and have run into a problem. I dont like them caged. I am disabled and having a harder time then i thought i would taking care of each pen/cage. Would love if they free ranged in a kennel or such but they are spending their days in a cage. I didnt think it all the way through i guess. I am sure it bothers me way more then it does them. I have 8 cages right now and would expect to double that in a few months. second thoughts after a year of trying to get some. not good.

They can live outside in coops as long as they have a heat source during the winter. Is that an option for you? I go sit in the coops with mine and enjoy spending time with them that way.
