American serama thread!

The 4-H is not a sanctioned show but we do use their poultry judges so any color of Serama will do. We are not into poultry shows or show birds, just birds as true to the breed as we can get. The Seramas would be kept separate from the other laying chickens and I hope to make chicken diapers soon. My white silkis and sultuns will be in their own area also as I do not want to cross breed.

Oh that's cool! Colors are so much more fun! I sell show and pet quality Seramas and eggs if you're interested.

It has been brought to my attention that I have been posting incorrectly. There have been a number of times that I have inserted a comment in someone's post thinking it made it easier to understand what was being referred to. Apparently this has been offensive to others. I offer my apology to those my ignorance has affected. Sorry.

It worked fine for me.

I thought it made things easier. Certainly not difficult to comprehend

But... Life is too short to waste any of it on something like this.
For every original thought or act, there are a thousand people determined to tell you; "That's not the way it's done."

Thank you Ra_ and prizepete for your response.
Maybe your method doesn't translate well for mobile devices, or something like that?
Not worth sweating over. We're just talking about chickens.

I shipped some Tribble eggs yesterday afternoon, First Class with Special Handling.
On a prior Priority Mail package that I have sent, the SH seemed to slow delivery by a day.
The eggs I shipped yesterday arrived today at 3:36.
Florida to Florida but still impressive. Thanks USPS.

This is my little rooster Lightfoot. He is almost 6 months old now. I was wondering what colour you would call him. He has some gold penciling on his chest and had some on his flight feathers before I clipped. them, I am not a fan of clipping wings as all my runs are covered, but he is new, and never been handled so he was flighty and had already gotten out once so I clipped them, for his own safety. What colour would you call him?
