American serama thread!

So, since I have seen a lot of people report different results on what day Serama eggs hatch, I figured I would ask the experts! What is the most consistent hatch day for your chicks?
Not sure on the "expert" part, but mine tend to hatch day 19 or 20. I increase humidity and stop turning before day 18

Thank you! That’s great to know :). If you wouldn’t mind, could you enter that on the poll I created? I am attempting to find the average hatch day for Seramas through that poll! I think it may help some people.

i saw a Malaysian serama thread, but no American! since 99.99 % of the serama in the USA is really American! i am very happy to see pics of them, and do chocolate seramas breed true?

WOW this thread lives! i thought it died out, but nope, it lives, WOOT!
Chocolate breed true if they have a true line. With any color correct Serama, I would think that fluke colors will pop up. I do not breed for color only tabletop. I had quite a few color correct Chocolate. They popped up from non Chocolate birds.

That’s fascinating. Seramas never cease to amaze me especially when it comes to the colors that they can throw!

Do you have any tips for tabletop training Seramas? I’ve researched it on and off, but good information is so hard to find!

Here's my group who are now almost 7 years old. That's 2 of them in my Avatar when they were less than 1 yr. The 2 in front are offspring of the roo and either the orange and white or her sister who we lost to a predator.

Wow!!! They’re beautiful! How you managed to find Seramas with those color types I’ll never know. 😂
