So pretty! I can't wait to see what colors they produce. I'm hoping the move didn't set them back too much, I'd love a couple of eggs to try to hatch from them, they were all with a cocopop looking rooster.
Melanized black is very nice, I love the way it looks. I traded a pullet just like that black and white mottled for one of these hens along with a couple of cockerels for the other. I think he will really like her when she's matured and colored up like that. I have a chocolate mottled that is going to have a lot of white, she's gorgeous.

BigB, Could be. There were no BBR's at his place that I saw but you know how Serama's are. Just cause you can't see it doesn't mean it's not there.

What is Gigi's color? ginger? and what can I make with it? I'm not sure what color rooster to put her with.

Here are some shots of a few different hatches I've had. They are from 3 weeks to 5 weeks. Wish they would color up a little more. The reddish brown is more noticeable in photos than in real life. My favorite is the light colored frizzle with pattern on its wings. I feel like almost everyone is a roo!

i think you will be surprised chicklette in a few more weeks they will all look different trust me and a few weeks after that different againe . they all look very nice and i don't think you have as many cockerels as you think from what i see . good luck they are lovely . you have done good !

. I only hatched one batch, and they will be 3 months old next week.

Here is the best of the bunch, a little cockerel that I have just started working with as far as posing. He's not quite there yet, I need to get his wings to come a bit more forward for me. He's still young and squirmy, but I just have to work with him.

Sorry for the poor exposure, I was having a heckuva time trying to position him, and then take a good photo.
