I think it depends on if it's dirty or sun bleached. If it's dirty, you might try looking at products that are made for white dogs or horses.

I've had really good luck getting gray (white) horses clean with enzymatic cleaners like this one:

I usually spray it on any poop stained spots, leave it on for awhile, then rinse it off. I've gotten horses looking really clean in the winter just by spraying it on spots and then toweling it off. I'm not sure how it would work on feathers, but it seems like it should.

In my MINIMAL experience here is what I have been told regarding white birds:
Becareful using the Blueing Shampoo as if too much is used you can actually turn the animal blue.
If the animal is a white....but is looking yellowish...it could be sun bleached or could also be too much corn (if feeding that).

FULL DISCLOSURE: This is just what I have been told in the infancy of my learning on how to show birds.

All very true 4312 . i keep my white birds out of the sun i give them very little corn and i wash them once a week to keep them bright white i never use the shampoo that will turn them blue

Every bird gets to ge in the sun whenever they want but in all my white birds -LF leghorns, bantam leghorn, and seramas just seems like this boy had a tad bit of yellow on him unlike the other seramas or leghorns. I only feed them corn in the winter but it isn't even winter yet and haven't had a problem with the corn yellow of the others.

Also could never find the bluing shampoo here so don't have to worry about that! lol

Try laundry pre-spray and gentle scrubbing with a vegetable brush. I understand that the sun will not affect a white bird that is also S/S or S/-, so yours must have s+/? if it's sun-yellowed.

This bird frolicked in the sun all summer and chowed on corn all winter, and was no other than pure white (except for dirt):
