Okay I need some serious help. I had my only Silkied chick die last night and now I have a really sick chick that I don't think is going to make it. She is 2 months old and she's not moving alot, she's just sleeping constantly. I gave her some vitamin water and sugar water and stuck some yogurt in her beak to eat. But I keep having to shake her awake to get her to eat the yogurt. I'm keeping her wrapped in my heated blanket to keep her warm, but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any sugestions????? Theron, it's one of the chicks from Aaron and Abbey. The light colored one I named Mocha.

Is she staying warm? Do you feed her medicated feed? try some poultry vitamins/ scrambled eggs/ mealworms.

She's wrapped in my heated blanket, if anything she might be getting to warm, she tried moving out from under it. She's moving around alittle bit more and she chirped some, but not much. I gave her some water with vitamins and vinegar and yogurt. I'll see if she'll eat any mealworms, if not I'll try the eggs.

Yea, be careful. Sometimes they can get too warm.

I don't know if this will help at all, but I like to use a good cider vinegar in the water. It has to be with "the mother" in it, so no Heinz.
