It is quite mean that you do not understand that my laptop is broken and the computer is used all day so i can only get on it for 5 min or less please try and understand that im trying to just talk and chat with more knowlegable people not trying to write in caps and the words are pretty clear. And if you noticed i say sry caps broke after a scentence

My second chick hatched!

So thankful I don't have a lone chick again. I'll post pictures when he dries off and gets those legs figured out lol.

Wow, that took a really long time! How many days was that? I'm really trying to fight the temptation to get more eggs myself

He was due to hatch Thursday. My incubator has been running a little cool. Trying to find a happy medium is killing me. Our temps are making drastic swings here right now so during the day my incubator needs to be set lower... and at night it needs to be turned up. So I let it run on the cool side so I couldn't cook the chicks during the day if I forgot. So they have been slow to hatch. Just put 2 more eggs in lockdown today, I'm not worried though because I have at least 2 chicks so they can keep each other company lol.

I'm so glad your little one has a buddy now. My Harry seems to be getting along with the 3 smaller chicks. He's not giving me the evil eye anymore. I don't know why he would prefer the Sultan chicks for company. They're twice his size and stampede him away from the food. Now he's the big guy in charge. They don't do much now though but sit under the heat lamp. It's pretty chilly today.

Yeah, It was about 70 here today... and it is supposed to freeze tonight. I'm hoping maybe winter will just skip right over us this year lol.
