I have to Rhode Island Reds & 3 Americansand my Americanas are 30 weeks and they just start laying eggs.

Were the birds sold to you with their name spelled that way? I ask as that particular misspelling is often used to market mixed breed birds that are actually "Easter Eggers" as Ameraucana (a pure bred bird). If you take and post photos of your birds we can help you sort out the ID of your birds if you are not sure.

That egg looks olive green color to me, is sit really! If so at least one of your hens is an olive egger. Welcome to Backyard chickens.
