Do they know that if a husky is not penned or chained, they will run away and either get shot, hit by a cat, or killed by an animal?

They won't listen to me long enough for me to tell them. :/

iHi got some upsetting nnews to night.....
My brother sold hank!!
I almost started crying. But I tryed not to in front of everyone.

I'm gunna say it now, I'm crying my self to sleep for a LONGGGGGG!!! Time!

Today I put hank in a puppy harness and attached a leash to it and went outside for 1hr to play/ potty/ train. It was a blast!
Great day, heard my parents talking about dogs and keeping Hank all day today. Found out my mom told my sister hank was sold. Then my brother sold him!
Now mom and dad can't even stand seeing Hank,

*** did nala have to have such cute, great natured puppies?!
I don't know how I'm going to say bye(

HELP ME!! I feel trapped, like I'm in a box that has no lid!
I want to tell my mom how I feel but I know she'll say " I told you not to get attached" HOW TF AM I NOT GOING TO GET ATTACHED!!?!?!??!? For 4 WEEKS STRAIGHT!! I was the ONLY one to clean or even MESS with the puppies! I know EVERY puppy front to back! I can tell you EVERYTHING about them! How much they eat, who's the alpha pup, who's the most outgoing, who's the shyest! EVERYTHING!!
And they still deny the fact I'm ready for a puppy, the fact I need him!! My dad even likes him!!! that NEVER happens!!! NEVER!!!!
I'm going now before I start crying again!
BTW mom and dad are talking about me and Hank again, they do it like I can't hear them!

Like I said IM TRAPPED and I can't get out! I'm drowning in tears so bye...

Aww sweetheart I am so sorry to hear that. I wish I knew what to say to comfort you but there's really nothing that can be said other than I feel for you.
Now I'm sad too. Yeah, I'll admit it, almost crying. Angry too. O know it's none of my business really but Ive been kinda apart of all the stuff that's been going on and well I'm human, an older human but still I just feel awful for you.
That's about enough from me. If I aint careful I'm gona start spouting.

Char, if you can print that off, maybe even a few copies????? casually leave it on the coffee table????? on page 2 of 4???? Be reading it when everyone else is gathered watching TV???? leave the papers on the couch when you get up to go to??? the biffy???? the kitchen for a glass of water????

Well, so much for dad having my back. He came home from work (he was out of town for like 3 weeks) tonight and my sisters and I had all cleaned the house and made it look really nice. But then my mom walked in home from work, and starts yelling at me 'cause we forgot to dust off the tv stand. Then my dad is yelling at me too (I was making cookies at this time) and I'm like "ONE THING! OH MY GOD, DO YOU NOT SEE WHAT WE DID DO?!?" To myself. So I go on making cookies and my parents go out to dinner leaving my sisters and I to fend for our selves for dinner. After we ate I logged into FaceBook and saw that my mom had asked the price of someone's Mal pups for sale not too far away. So I'm thinking "Maybe I have a small, small chance. Doubtful, but still." Then the lady says $900 with papers or $690 without. So, back to 0 chance of getting a pup. I told my parents this when they got home and my dad says "You do realize you have to chain dogs like that up, right?" So I nod and my mom says "Yeah, she knows. But that isn't a very nice life for a dog." I'm thinking 'You idiots, they would be worked with 4+ hours a day and I would let them off leash while I do the other chores. Which just leaves 7 hours of school and then night time. It's not like our other dogs have much of a life, they get in the way and kill the neighbors' chickens and fight with their dogs. 'Cause that's so much of a life.' GAH! Why don't they understand?! I'm speaking English! I have already invested $330 in mushing ($300 for my sled and $30 for my gang line rope). Then dad says "Were just not those kinda people." WHAT kinda people?! The kind that have animals? 'Cause we already have 35 horses and 40 cows. What would just ONE sled dog be. I thought my dad would've agreed to this, considering he'd be one of those people that would come over as I'd be hooking up the dogs and then just take them when I wasn't looking and go for a little joyride. I don't get it. There is no hope for me getting a dog that even looks like it could pull a sled. And they won't hear me out when I try to tell them I could just use a lab or another large breed that doesn't need tying up. But my stupid mother keeps trying to tell me to get the heeler (which, at best will reach 30 pounds). GAH! Do I not speak their language?! Do I need to speak flippin' Spanish or something?! Seriously people,how bull headed can you be?

I would be bummed out too.

Gather facts prices and everything you need to know. Copy down websites. Then give it to you parents sit down and talk with them. Don't start getting mad or mouthy. It just makes the dession faster( it will always be a NO)
I did this kinda and my parents are more for it. Just got to get over outside dogs. Dads ok, mom hates the idea.


Hank is not sold, the buyer backed out.
I sadly can't mess with him today or for a while. I have become I'll. nothing much but, I don't want to risky the puppies.
You know what would make my day, or Christmas, if my parents let me keep 1-2puppies!! We have 2-3 unsold. Hank Bull Dozer and I believe Pyro.

I took Hank outside yesterday to go potty. I put a harness and collar on him, I attached a leash to his harness, making him drag it. It went well. Next week I plan to attach something a little heave only like 1-2lbs to the leash. That way he feels the weight.

Yow!! And here's me getting all emotional.

My dogs have 20foot chains plus 6inches of stake down chain, another 2&1/2 inches of quick link & 2 inches of bullsnap. So that's 20'10&1/2" of tehter which makes a 41'9" diameter circle. Plenty of exercise. Plus when I put them to work which is play to them.

I know eh. Most of the snow melted again. Too warm for mushing my dogs.

Good news though.... I'm ready for some winter. New bridle on new(to me) sled, plastics on runners, snowhook mount....

My dogs have 20foot chains plus 6inches of stake down chain, another 2&1/2 inches of quick link & 2 inches of bullsnap. So that's 20'10&1/2" of tehter which makes a 41'9" diameter circle. Plenty of exercise. Plus when I put them to work which is play to them.

My yard is too small for a 20ft chain. I tried 15 and they got tangled.
