America's Loudest Hen Competition

Our local meetup group (STL) has been talking a lot lately about loud hens. We started a Google poll to see if we can spot any breeds that are especially noisy. If you have a noisy hen, take the poll and we'll see if any good info comes out of it.

my RIR is way louder than the Black Australorp. The RIR starts squawking as soon as she hears us get home or get up in the morning. This frequently turns into an egg song even though she hasnt layed. She will also make the egg song when she is alone because the BA is laying her egg.
