Wow that's a gorgeous EE roo, Okie Amazon.

Also, does anyone think my boy would be show quality for the fair? I wanted to show him but now I'm not so sure he's up-to-par.
Is he pretty/flashy enough?

Nope. No such thing as "Americauana" either

It's Ameraucana. And no, he's not show quality. EE's have no standard, they aren't a recognized breed. You can still take him, and he might win as it's a fair and typically the judges have no clue what they're doing (from my experience). Not saying EE's aren't lovely birds, they are - I bred them for awhile - but they aren't show birds.

There is no name for his color, it's mixed. EE's quite typically don't come in recognized colors.

He has a columbian pattern with red leakage. As stated above, you could probably bring him to a fair to show but he wouldn't do anything in a sanctioned show as he is a mixed breed.
