Americaunas?

I bought these two at tractor supply, they were labeled americaunas. Are they true americaunas? If they are is there any way to tell which kind and is it possible to tell the gender this early on? Thanks!

More than likely they are Easter Egger, I have some that are a month old from tsc and I was told that’s what they are not a true Americana.. once they are 6 to 8 weeks old you will be able to tell sex

Their feathering looks like Americana but the legs are yellow not grey like an Americana. @Kristinadukhin, is your profile photo a picture of a two headed chicken!?!? did you hatch it or did you find the photo on the Internet? If you hatched it that would be SOOOO COOL!

Ameraucanas are a pure breed. TSC sells "Americanas" If you paid less than 10 bucks a chick, then it's an Easter Egger, but so what? they lay beautiful colored eggs too.

That is true! I don’t mind them easter Eggers as long as I get some colorful eggs!

I had an egg that quit and when i did the eggtopsy it had 2 beaks! It was strange.
