I don't know what they call that color, but it seems to be the most common color in that breed. I've heard it said that no two are exactly alike. But I've seen a few that are very similar.

That's because it isn't a recognized color. Since easter eggers are bred to easter eggers in hatcheries, they have a kind of similar look (pea comb, beard, green or blue legs, etc).
