I've owned standard Ameraucanas previously, but per usual, the bantams are my pride and joy.

I want a couple Ameraucana so bad!!! I have two ee; one is a hatchery ee and the other is an oops between a black breasted red araucana and a lavender ameraucana. The oops looks exactly like a black bantam ameraucana... she could pass, but I know her heritage, so I know she's not an ameraucana.
I also have two white araucana....
But again, I'd LOVE to get ameraucana.

Awww, thanks! Ling proved to me, after countless unsatisfactory experiences, that not all roosters are monsters. He's lovely inside and out.

What varieties of Ameraucana pique your interest most? Would love to know which might be joining the flock....

Gosh, I don’t know. Lol. I love the color on the brown reds... especially the rooster, very dramatic.

Fascinating! I've seen Brown Red on OEGBs, but never Ameraucanas....must be stunning.

Should be fairly easy out that way, several folks in KY/IN/OH with nice ameraucana flocks. There is an annual poultry show in IN that is an ameraucana club recognized "meet".....is there a particular color you want?
