Ammo shortage?

Once the gov't takes our guns we won't have to worry about ammo!!

Ammo shortages began here before the election. And it is pretty much the "norm" that as soon as ammo comes in it is gone in a few days/hours.

One gun shop here just had an order from last year come in. They still have a few boxes of many types, but the price is much higher.

One thing here that has had a measurable increase is the number of people getting CCW licences. And the gun ranges, where we never had a problem getting a lane, are now "take a number" and wait. Safe handling of weapons classes now have waiting lists. But, the happens in times of economic insecurity. People feel the need to defend what they have from those that have not prepared for the future. Or from those that are in the habit of just stealing what they need from others.

We have several thousand rounds of .22 lr bought, but imo, no where near enough shotgun shells, or shells for the higher powered rifles.

Jolly acres, judging from the location listed, it looks as if you live in a township? I'm guessing that would be a rural area? Do you think public safety, aka police, could get to you quick enough to be of any help were something tragic to happen? Public safety is ok for cities, but not of much help in rural areas.

Covenantcreek, do you know where I could read this announcement from the new admisnistration? I dont doubt it a bit, would would like to read it if it's available.
