An Economical Duck Feed?????

Guess I was expecting the thick breast meat of the Cornish X roaster when I carved the duck. Now that I think of it on the TV cooking program "Barefoot Contessa" she quarters the duck on a serving platter and always cooks 2 at a time, allowing for a quarter duck per person. Think I'll try her recipe next time too.
