Ancona egg hatching Day 40??

It kinda seems weird that my Ancona egg is hatching on day 40...what is the latest you have had a duck egg hatch? Do you think my duckling will be healthy?? Help! I need your thoughts!

Wow - hardly seems possible. Incubator or broody hen ? Any possibility an egg was added to the clutch during incubation ?

It was incubated in an incubator the whole time. It hatched this morning and looks healthy!
