Ancona roosters or hens?

I ordered 3 Ancona roosters from mcmurray hatchery and I think I got 1 rooster and 2 hens?? I think the first picture is a rooster and the last two are hens due to the larger waddle and comb and also deeper red color. They are also 10 weeks old.

All are cockerels. The first one is just maturing more rapidly than the others.

I would say all males, the 1st pic is probably developing quicker if he’s top of the pecking order. The more dominant normally develop quicker, i’m not sure why? I had 2 silkie chicks, both cockerels and i found once i took the more dominant one out, my smaller 1 developed much quicker.

I agree, it looks like you have three cockerels.
