ROFL we had that book!!! Dad got it and another one. the counterpart, dead humans i think it was.

Anyway, back to the roomba. I can't say how bad i want one. I'd like to have one i can just clean when we're out.

I had a roomba for a while. I gave it to my kids. It worked fine, but it is realy made for people who are away for the day at work or whatever. It does a good job but takes a long time, I'm home all day and found it annoying. If you are away even say mornings you can program it to do it's thing while you are away. It is an everyday kind of machine sort of takes care of constant ongoing carpet and floor maintenance. Mine was better at getting up dog hair than the regular vacuum.
