Winter is almost here and today we found two eggs in the coop! One was a a normal size and the other was a small one. I went back out to get the eggs and within those five minutes the large one was smashed. I figure one stepped on it or pecked at it. The other was fine but tiny hehe
I opened up the nesting houses and stuffed them with shavings. Hopefully since two are laying they start producing, even the rooster was singing this morning hahah
Out of the 12 hens I'm not sure who laid the two eggs. Most of them are pretty red and going on their 20th week.
