angel hair worms?

I have never used Cina, I have tried in the past some herbal wormers. They may be somewhat helpful as a preventative, but they were not effective at all in actually treating a parasite load. I would recommend the chemical wormers if you want to be sure. If you choose to use a 'natural' treatment then I would highly recommend that you have a fecal test done afterward to make sure it was effective. Just because you don't see worms in the droppings does not mean that they are not there. Most of the time you will not see them, they will live their entire life cycle inside the bird. The fecal will look for the microscopic eggs, which will tell if they are present. Roundworms are also very easily picked up in the environment, the eggs survive a very long time in the soil, so reinfection is always a possibility, you may have to worm regularly to keep them controlled based on the load in your environment.

This may be a very silly question, but are those long white strands moving and wiggling? Are the worms still alive in the poo? I found a couple single strands in different poo this morning but they were NOT moving.

Expelled roundworms may move for a while, but they will die once outside of the birds body. So if they are moving, they won't for very long. Sometimes if the dropping is very fresh, they will move some at first.

worms not moving.we gave them ground up pumpkin seeds for 3 days. more eggs than usual,we will try the cina.getting rid of 100 to 150 eggs is not an option.
