Can a mallard with angel wing fly?

No. Angel wing is not a problem in non flying breeds, because it won't disrupt their flying. If you WANT your ducks to fly, then you cannot let your ducks get angel wing, if you are okay with them not flying, then it shouldn't be a problem. Angel wing won't kill your birds, they just won't look as pretty, and won't be able to fly.

Thank you ... she is of the flying size. She was hatched here, but my hope was to put her on a pond where she could gather with another group that does move from pond to pond out here. Will look for another spot for her ... Thank you.
