From what I can see ,yes, but if you could get a better angle on it that would be better and make for a more sure answer. It looks to be minor if it is angel wing

I think the first photo shows angel wing...it looks very similar to how one of my 8-week-old drakes' wings looked before correction. He was an unusually fast-growing boy. We wrapped his wings (and yeah, he wasn't happy about it) with elastic wrap, left it for a week, and the wings were normal when unwrapped.

I lower the protein at two weeks in my ducklings' feed now and haven't had a recurrence.
